We support STEM education and workforce development that can inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers and problem-solvers. Our employees volunteer as mentors, share career experiences and partner with schools and community organizations to expand access to hands-on learning, technical skills and pathways into advanced manufacturing and technology careers.

Accelerating Environmental & Energy Evolution

We invest time and resources in projects that strengthen environmental stewardship and community resilience. Employees and local partners lead cleanups, recycling efforts, tree planting, energy education and other hands-on activities that help communities create healthier, more livable places to live and work.

Smarter Health Outcomes

We work alongside nonprofit and community partners to address local health and well-being needs. From food, blood and essential supply drives to volunteer service supporting families and vulnerable neighbors, our teams help connect communities with practical resources and support.

Next-Generation Safety & Defense

We support safer, more prepared communities by partnering with first responders, emergency services and local organizations. Employee-led activities may include safety education, preparedness events and donations of first-aid or protective supplies that help strengthen local readiness and community resilience.

The Solstice Community Grants Program supports eligible nonprofit organizations in the communities where we operate, with an emphasis on initiatives aligned with our growth pillars and responsive to local needs.

Our sites are more than workplaces; they are part of the communities around them. By listening to local partners and drawing on the insight of employees who live and work nearby, we support local needs in the communities in which we live.

Grants can help expand STEM and workforce opportunities, advance environmental stewardship, strengthen health and well-being and improve safety and preparedness. Together with employee volunteerism, these investments turn our growth priorities into practical, community-relevant action.

At Solstice, service is more than a moment on the calendar. It is one way that employees bring our values to life, strengthen connections with one another and make a meaningful difference in the places where we live and work.

And in honor of Summer and Winter Solstice, the longest and shortest days of the year respectively, our Solstice employees identify needs in their own communities and turn them into opportunities to act—organizing projects, building local partnerships and inviting teammates to serve alongside them.

Regardless of how many hours of daylight there are in the day, our employees show up. They contribute their time, skills and energy to projects that matter locally, from supporting schools and nonprofit organizations to caring for shared spaces and helping neighbors in need.

Supporting Employees When Disaster Strikes

The Solstice Humanitarian Relief Fund provides financial assistance to employees and their families impacted by qualifying natural disasters and emergencies. Supported by corporate and voluntary employee contributions, the fund helps address essential needs and reflects our commitment to stand with our people when they need support most.
